Booking and Payment:
1.1. By making a booking through our online platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.3. Payment for the booking must be made in advance through the online payment system.
1.4. We accept major credit cards and other specified forms of payment as indicated on our website.
1.5. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1.6. Group sizes for each item are the maximum allowed on each game. Additional guests beyond the maximum seated will be asked to sit at the bar or other tables around the area.
Cancellations and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellations made greater than 24 hours of the activity start time are eligible for a refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
2.3. The service fee is not eligible for a refund regardless of cancellation time.
2.3. No-shows or failure to cancel within the specified time will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
2.4. We will hold your reservation up to 30 minutes from it’s start time before cancelling the reservation and releasing the activity.
2.5. Late arrival’s will not be refunded time and time will not be added on to their reservation. The booking will end at the specified activity end time.
Rules and Regulations:
3.1. An adult 18+ must be present for all golf suite reservations. An legal guardian must be present and sign for any minors under 18 who are throwing axes.
3.2. All participants must adhere to our safety guidelines and follow instructions provided by our staff.
3.3. Golf bays, axe throwing lanes, and ping pong tables are to be used only for their intended purposes.
3.4. Any damage to the equipment or property caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.
$75 broken club fee.
$400 Broken touch-screen monitor.
3.5. Alcohol consumption may be restricted or prohibited depending on local laws and regulations.
3.6. Participants must be of legal age to consume alcohol
Liability and Release:
4.1. Participants assume all risks associated with the use of the golf bays, axe throwing lanes, and ping pong tables.
4.2. Over Flyte® and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the facilities.
4.3. Participants are required to sign a waiver/release form before using the facilities, acknowledging the assumption of risks.
Safety:
5.1. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others.
5.2. Anyone under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to use the facilities. Alcohol may be consumed during use of the facilities; however, all guests are required to drink responsibly. Over Flyte® reserves the right to remove any persons from the activity and facility without refund if it appears the user has consumed alcohol beyond a reasonable amount.
5.3. Over Flyte® reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk or violates the rules and regulations.
5.4. All participants under the age of 18 must be supervised and remain with their guardian/s at all times. If minors are left unattended Over Flyte® has the right to stop game play and escort minors off of the playing platform.
Intellectual Property:
6.1. All intellectual property rights associated with Over Flyte® branding, logo, and website content are the sole property of Over Flyte®.
6.2. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any of Over Flyte® intellectual property without prior written permission.
Amendments and Termination:
7.1. Over Flyte® reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Over Flyte® may terminate or suspend your booking privileges if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
